Calibration for Toxic gas

1. Sensor checks and Zero adjustment of indicator

1-1 To fill fresh air into sampling bag by pump
1-2 To connect sampling bag to sensor of gas detector without leaking.
1-3 To supply fresh air to sensor of gas detector and adjust indicator at zero.

2. Adjustment of indicator

2-1 To suck out all air from another sampling bag by pump.
2-2 To fill calibration gas into vacuumed sampling bag.
2-3 To connect sampling bag to sensor of gas detector without leaking.
2-4 To supply calibration gas to sensor of gas detector and adjust indicator at the density point of calibration gas.

3. Alarm testing

3-1 To check the alarm setting point.
3-2 To supply calibration gas to sensor of gas detector and to test alarm.

4. The Test Report of Gas Alarm System

To record all testing data into The Test Report of Gas Alarm System.

5. Completion seal of calibration

To put completion seal of calibration with calibration implemented date and next calibration date on gas detector.
